Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 (art. 11^1, as amended by OUG 18/2026), you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Specific conditions for coffee

Sealed, unopened products returned in their original condition are accepted within the legal withdrawal period.

Unsealed food products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal for health protection or hygiene reasons, in accordance with applicable legislation. If the product received is wrong, damaged or non-conforming, your request will be handled separately, regardless of packaging condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is non-conforming, damaged or incorrectly dispatched.
